Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into pieces

Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to season)

½ cup BBQ sauce

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

½ tsp onion powder

Cooked white or brown rice, for serving

Instructions

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Sear chicken in oil until browned and cooked through.

Mix BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, and onion powder in a bowl.

Add sauce to chicken, simmer 3–4 minutes until sticky.
