Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or coleslaw mix

  • 1 cup julienned carrots

  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

  • ½ avocado, sliced (optional)

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt ranch or blue cheese dressing

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika to taste


Instructions

  • Season chicken and cook in olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Slice or shred.

  • Toss chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.

  • Warm tortillas and spread with dressing. Layer lettuce, carrots, onion, and avocado.

  • Add buffalo chicken and roll up tightly.
