Description

Healthy air fryer churro bites are crisp on the outside, soft inside, and coated in cinnamon sugar — all the flavor of classic churros with a lighter, quick-cook twist.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit or crescent roll dough

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for coating)


Instructions

  • Cut dough into 1-inch bite-size pieces.

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Spray basket and arrange bites in a single layer.

  • Air fry 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.

  • While warm, brush with melted butter or spray lightly with oil.

  • Toss in cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve immediately.
