Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

½ onion, finely diced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

1½ cups shredded cheddar or 6 slices American cheese

4 large flour tortillas

2 tbsp butter or oil, for pan

Optional: chopped pickles, burger sauce, jalapeños
Instructions

Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Drain fat.

Lay cheese on half of each tortilla. Add beef, optional toppings, and more cheese. Fold in half.

Heat butter or oil in skillet. Cook each quesadilla 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Slice and serve hot with dipping sauce.
