A cheesy, crispy grilled burrito filled with seasoned beef, rice, nacho cheese, and creamy chipotle sauce — inspired by the fast food favorite, made better at home.
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

¼ cup water

1 cup cooked white or cilantro rice

½ cup nacho cheese sauce

½ cup chipotle or creamy jalapeño sauce

1½ cups shredded cheddar or cheese blend

4 large flour tortillas

2 tbsp butter or oil

Optional: refried beans, black beans, pickles, sour cream
Instructions

Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thick.

Warm rice and prep other fillings.

Lay tortilla flat. Layer rice, beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, and shredded cheese. Fold and roll into a burrito.

Heat skillet with butter. Grill each burrito seam-side down until golden and crisp, about 2–3 minutes per side.

Rest 1 minute, slice, and serve with extra sauce.
