Description
These easy sweet and spicy chicken wings are oven-baked or air-fried until crispy, then tossed in a sticky honey-chili glaze. Perfect for parties, dinners, or game night snacking.
Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)

1 tbsp oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tbsp baking powder (optional, for crispiness)
Sweet & Spicy Sauce:

¼ cup honey or brown sugar

2 tbsp sriracha or chili sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice

Optional: 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (to thicken)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 390°F. Pat wings dry.

Toss with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder.

Bake for 40–45 mins (flip halfway) or air fry 20–24 mins until golden and crisp.

In a saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Simmer 2–3 mins until thickened.

Toss hot wings in sauce until coated.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
