This easy spicy salmon sushi bake is a warm, creamy, and crave-worthy casserole-style dish with seasoned rice, spicy mayo salmon, and classic sushi toppings. No rolling required!
Ingredients

2 cups cooked salmon (flaked)

2 cups cooked short-grain rice

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

½ cup mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie)

2–3 tbsp sriracha

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tsp soy sauce

1–2 tbsp furikake

2 green onions, sliced

Optional: avocado, cucumber, extra spicy mayo

Roasted nori sheets (for serving)
Instructions

Season hot rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt. Spread in baking dish.

Mix salmon with mayo, sriracha, cream cheese, and soy sauce.

Spread mixture over rice. Top with furikake.

Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes. Broil 1–2 minutes for golden top.

Garnish with green onions, avocado, or cucumber.

Serve with roasted nori sheets and enjoy warm.
