Oven-baked crispy tacos stuffed with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and all your favorite toppings. A quick, easy dinner the whole family will love.
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

½ small onion, diced

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tsp taco seasoning

1 tbsp tomato paste or ¼ cup salsa

10 hard taco shells
-
1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend

Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, hot sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In skillet, sauté onion in oil until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.

Brown ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning and tomato paste or salsa. Simmer briefly.

Place taco shells in a baking dish. Add a little cheese to the bottom of each.

Fill with seasoned beef. Top with more cheese.

Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and shells are crispy.

Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and serve immediately.
