Description
A creamy, comforting chicken and noodles dish featuring ranch-seasoned Alfredo sauce, crispy bacon, and tender chicken. Perfect for cozy family dinners or weeknight cravings.
Ingredients

12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

4 slices thick-cut bacon

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1½ cups heavy cream

¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan

1–2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble. Reserve 1 tbsp bacon fat.

Sauté chicken in bacon fat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

Add heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in ranch seasoning and Parmesan. Mix until smooth.

Return chicken and pasta to pan. Toss to coat. Add pasta water as needed.

Stir in half the bacon. Garnish with the rest and parsley.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Add vegetables like spinach or peas for a balanced meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
