Creamy tomato garlic pasta is rich, silky, and full of comforting flavor. A quick and easy pasta dinner made in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients

8 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, etc.)

1 ½ cups crushed tomatoes

1 tbsp tomato paste
-
4–5 garlic cloves, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil or butter
-
½ cup heavy cream or plant-based cream
-
Salt & pepper, to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta in salted water. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.

In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until golden.

Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer 5–7 minutes.

Stir in cream. Simmer 2–3 more minutes.

Toss pasta with sauce. Add pasta water as needed.

Serve hot with herbs and Parmesan.
