This creamy chicken broccoli pasta is a comforting, easy dinner made with tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and a rich cheese sauce. It’s ready in under 30 minutes and perfect for family meals.
Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed

12 oz short pasta (penne, farfalle, etc.)

3 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 tbsp butter

2–3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp flour
-
2 cups milk
-
½ cup half-and-half (or more milk)

½–¾ cup grated Parmesan
-
2 tbsp cream cheese (optional)

Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder (to taste)

Olive oil for cooking
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli in the last 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sauté seasoned chicken in oil until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Stir in flour to form roux.

Gradually whisk in milk and cream. Simmer until thickened.

Add Parmesan and cream cheese. Stir until melted.

Return chicken, pasta, and broccoli to the pan. Toss to coat and serve hot.
