Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 or 85/15)

  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix (1 oz)

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional)

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

  • 4 burger buns

  • Cheese slices and toppings of choice


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix beef, soup mix, egg, breadcrumbs, and Worcestershire.

  • Divide into 4 patties and press slightly in the center.

  • Cook over medium-high heat, 4–5 minutes per side, until fully cooked.

  • Add cheese if desired and let melt.

  • Serve on buns with toppings.
