Ingredients

  • 23 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

  • Salt, pepper, and ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ tbsp flour (optional, for thickening)

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp white wine (optional)

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  • Pound and season chicken. Lightly dredge in flour.

  • Sear in butter and oil until golden and cooked through. Remove.

  • Sauté garlic in the same pan, then deglaze with broth and wine.

  • Add cream, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.

  • Return chicken to pan and heat through in the sauce.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
