Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1 cup sliced cucumber

  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced

  • ½ cup shredded purple cabbage

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • Sesame seeds and herbs for garnish
